Ron Cale has been a licensed real estate professional since 1986.  He started his career in the Orange County area of Southern California.  A graduate of the MIRM program for residential marketing from UC Irvine, Ron started his career in the new home field working for builders.  His experience includes land acquisition, product development sales and marketing on site sales, sales management and training.  He also brings a home building background to his current position, President of The Cale Team.  Ron has practiced general real estate since 1991.  In that time he has excelled in buyer representation, both for his local clients but especially for those out of town buyers relocating or purchasing a second home or investment.  Ron also specializes in the development of innovative and effective marketing programs for his sellers as well.  A ten year resident of the greater Las Vegas area, Ron has been affiliated with Prudential since 2000.  In 2004 Ron lead the #1 team in the Western region of Prudential for closed residential units.

Evelyn Pattee has been the Cale Team's Team Manager since June, 2005.  She has been with Prudential Americana Group since 2002 working her way up from Office Manager of the New Homes Team  to Escrow Manager for a top producing agent to her current position as Team Manager.   Prior to joining the Prudential family, she was an Escrow Assistant for a major title and escrow company in Las Vegas.  She became licensed in 2006 and prides herself on her ability to develop trusting, long-lasting client relationships.  Her extraordinary organizational and multi-tasking skills play a large part in the success of The Cale Team. 

Rob Bodermann began his real estate career in the highly competitive southern California market. His extensive experience includes on site sales for new home builders as well as resale.  Rob has been a Las Vegas realtor since 1995 and has been associated with Ron Cale since 2001.  Rob's experience in real estate financing, home construction and all aspects of the real estate trade insure that any fortunate enough to have him as their realtor will be satisfied with the service they recieve.

Rick Gulley joined the Cale Team in 2003.  He brought with him 16 years of experience in business management and public relations.  Rick served in the United States Navy for years.  He credits his experience with helping him forge the attention to detail and discipline that makes such a big hit with his clients.  In just two years, Rick reached $1.2 million in average monthly production elevating him to the top of Las Vegas real estate producers. Rick does volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity and is a PGA Partners member although his schedule cuts deeply in to his time on the course these days.

Joyce Matsumoto has been a licensed Realtor in Las Vegas since May 2006.  A graduate of the University of Hawaii with a BA in psychology, Joyce was formerly the Director of Public Relations at the world renowned Halekulani in Waikiki for 16 years.  Prior to that she was Public Relations Manager for the Inter-Continental Wailea (Wailea Beach Marriott).  Having been in the travel/hospitality industry for over 25 years, Joyce is highly skilled in problem solving and brings to our team personal career enthusiasm, attention to detail and a commitment to her clients that is unrivaled.
